Jesse Reimers is a former pastor who has dedicated his career to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. After many years in the ministry, Jesse decided to take his passion for leadership and organizational development to the business world, founding his own coaching company the Blue Ocean Group.

 

As a coach, Jesse draws on his years of experience leading and managing teams and individuals to help optimize their potential and achieve their goals. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, from small startups business owners to Fortune 500 company executives, and has a proven track record of delivering results.

 

In addition to his work as a coach, Jesse is also a business consultant, helping companies and individuals at all levels of organizations develop the skills and mindset necessary to succeed in their roles. He is known for his ability to inspire and motivate others, and his clients consistently praise his ability to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

 

Jesse is also deeply committed to giving back to his community, serving as the president of Small Church Guys an organization that works to support small churches within the US. He is passionate about using his skills and experience to make a positive impact in the world and is constantly seeking out new opportunities to give back.

 

Outside of his professional life, Jesse is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring new cultures. He is also enjoys trail riding, hiking and skiing.
